Sarah Steinmair was born in 1988.
After her training as a patissier she worked in the kitchen. Then for many years he ran the Uwald alpine hut.
In 2018 she opened the "Chalet Salena" in S. Maddalena. Sarah loves challenges, football, adventures and travelling the world.
She has even climbed the Kilimanjaro, almost 6,000 m high!
She is an adventure and nature lover and has a big heart.
